Your creative work needs you.
You need it, too.
Let’s bring the joy back.
You’ve spent enough time on the hamster wheel.
You’re an artist, not an admin. Not a marketer. And definitely not a bookkeeper.
But you have to do the “responsible adult stuff” to get paid. Somewhere along the way, you lost the joy in your creative work.
You’ve had this project sitting in your brain and heart for years. You’ve tried a bunch of stuff, but you can’t manage the consistency needed to actually create it. And so it festers.
Or maybe, if you’re really honest, you’re not really sure who you are right now. You just know that it has to do with the creative work inside you.
Let’s reconnect you to the joy of your creativity.
Join me for creative coaching.
“Rebecca has been incredibly helpful and kind. I felt that I could talk to her freely, ask questions and receive honest, helpful answers.
She conveys a sense of calm and grounded energy - I really enjoyed our talk. I felt very present throughout and able to think clearly about my next actions. I would definitely recommend working with her!”
- Debora, creative mindset coach
What if you could…
Make time, space, and mental bandwidth for the projects you really care about. You can “eat dessert” first – you don’t have to get your to-do list done before you can be creative!
Avoid the creative burnout that happens when you try to be a production robot, or put too much pressure on yourself.
Always know that you’re working on the most important project, at the right time. (No more juggling more projects than you know how to handle!)
Integrate healthy habits and self-care into your life and practice so you can get enough done at a sustainable pace.
Cultivate the self-compassion needed to move through challenges, creative blocks, and times of low energy.
(…and also make your creative process a joyful experiment!?)
Your creative work is an important part of your whole, full life.
It’s both/and, not either/or.
That’s what this work is about.
Here’s how creative coaching works:
We’ll start by getting a holistic picture of what’s going on: with you, with your life, with your work, with your project.
Then, we’ll co-create a plan for some next steps forward that actually feel like a relief.
You leave inspired to move forward, understanding what to do, with a creative partner who’ll help you celebrate every step.
Specifically, that looks like:
Practicing compassionate productivity to support you in your goals and a good relationship with your creativity, through a practice of checking in with your personal needs, learning how to make small, sustainable changes, and managing your time and energy so you can avoid burnout.
Creating momentum for your creative practice so that it continues to build on itself and is solid in the long-term
Moving through creative blocks so you can feel confident in your ability to cultivate creativity even when you’re not feeling it
Using short term goals as stepping stones to pave the way for the big dreamy goals, like showing your drawings at a gallery, performing your original music, or finishing that draft of your novel
You bring:
Yourself, exactly as you are right now (that’s perfect), and an openness to growth.
I bring:
Compassionate support
Gentle accountability to help motivate you through the hard stuff
Encouragement as you move toward your goals in your creative practice, wellness, and productivity
The personal experience of having gone through creative burnout and come out the other side multiple times
My wild enthusiasm for your work. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, but also call you out honestly and compassionately when you’re holding yourself back.
(We celebrate the end of each session with a festive toast!)
“I just got off a call with fellow creativity coach Rebecca Hass and I feel so uplifted and re-energized to move forward with my work today. We talked about how I can move out of overwhelm, among other things. I loved her style! She is charming, funny, and real, and I felt soothed and rejuvenated at the same time. As an artist looking to maintain my own creative wellness and have a healthy, thriving practice, AND work with clients and run a business, Rebecca is someone I really feel I can turn to for further support.”
- Amanda, artist and creative coach

“My session with Rebecca was a breath of fresh air and a wind in my sails at the same time. She’s great at listening and helping you find what you’re looking for, rather than just telling you what to do. You can never have too many people who take the time to understand and relate to you and provide awesome insights — Rebecca does that!”
