Rusty's Dream

Inspired by my faithful cat Rusty (RIP!), who always kept me company, sleeping a few feet from the piano. One day I looked over and he appeared to be dreaming about chasing something, which inspired this imagined soundtrack to his dream.

(Spoiler alert: The piece ends with a pounce - I think he caught whatever he was chasing.)
