Brazilian Music Friday Feature #33

Today's pick is Sonhando Acordado (Sleeping Awake) by Arismar do Espírito Santo. I think that I played this one in his ensemble class at California Brazil Camp in 2012 (or at least I have a chart for it, I can't remember which). This performance on SESC Brazil features many great musicians, including Léa Freire on piano! 

I also just discovered that he has a newer album (2015), Roda Gingante, that I haven't heard yet - I'll have to listen to it over the long weekend.
